gees my message from last nite didn't post...

GOOD NEWS SCALE ADDICTS!! A Scientific Study by Japanese scientists says it is GOOD to get on the scale EVERY DAY!!! Because by seeing the changes motivate us more to stay in shape, lose weight...what ever your goal!!!!

ok...gang...sad news here...kinda sorta...I'm gonna be ending the Scale Addicts Anonymous Group....It's been a slice...but it's hard to keep up with just me and Tulip posting. So I'll see everyone on a different in here!!!

oh that is sad news splashes....and i feel really bad about it as i haven't managed to post since last week...I love it in here...there is a great bunch of people...it's just shame their all so busy weighing themselves!!

Hope we can all stay in touch...maybe in a different thread???
