This year I am going to treat the holidays like its just another day!1 Stick to the diet,exercise and eat what I want in MODERATION.I don't have a real diet plan yet, so I eat whatever I want! I know that for me,one day off the diet=2weeks off the diet,and it's very difficult to start up again,so I choose not to give up!!
And for those of you who do fall off the diet and exercise program,get back on!! You are probably feeling pretty crappy for not stickin' to it,but you'll feel great again in no time! I promise!
