Recently I've been working on drinking my water regulary, and on gradually increasing my intake (it will be a while yet before I reach my recommended number of glasses per day!). I know drinking all this water can be a challenge for many of us, and hence my idea to start a a support group.
I encourage everyone to post your water intake goals and let us know how you're doing. Suggestions on how to drink, when to drink, how to deal with bathroom going and etc. are welcome as well.
I'll go first.
My current goal is to drink at least 2 litres of water each day (approx. 8 glasses) , and to try to distribute the intake through the day
, so that I don't end up having to gulp several glasses just before going to bed.
