Thin Group Food Journal (June 7 thru June 10)

  • Well, I'll do the food journal from now until Sunday - hopefully someone will start one for next week cuz I won't be here - but that doesn't mean that I might get on my friends computer and check up on you all! LOL It could happen!

    I have journaled faithfully since I started WW in January - except for the last couple weeks ... I have missed days here and there and believe me, it really does make a difference. Journaling is the key (or one of the important ones anyway) to success!

    So please join with me and journal here daily ... it would be a really great help, because others besides just you can see what you are eating and maybe help out with suggestions if we are eating the wrong foods, or should be adding something else to our diet to help our loss along. I know my downfall is more fruits and veggies - especially veggies!

    OK ... come one, come all! Post with me .... WE CAN DO THIS!

    Here's a start for today ... I'll have to finish it later.

    MORNING:
    1 WW breakfast bar (2 pts)
    1 cup Kashi oats cereal (1 pt)
    1/2 cup skim milk (1 pt)

    MIDDAY:
    2 ff hot dogs (2 pts)
    2 hot dog buns (4 pts)
    1 lo-fat ice cream bar (3 pts)

    EVENING:
    1 coffee w/flavored creamer (2 pts)
    1 cup spinach (1 pt)
    1 coffee/blk (0 pts)
    1 lo-fat ice cream bar (3 pts) (they are almost gone)!

    TOTAL PTS: 19
