Hey ladies..I know there must be some other military wives out there that need to lose those pounds. We all know with all the moves and the deployments and TDYs with our hubbys gone it is especially hard. Personally I have put on quite a lot of weight since our PCS here to Germany and am having a hard time with losing it because I am too intimidated to go to the base gym with all the fit AD military guys there working out..so I've relegated myself to working out at home. Then of course my DH doesn't gain weight no matter what he eats so it is hard to see him eat whatever he wants and know that I cannot.. Anyways..Lets support each other on our weight loss goals military wives!
