Cool, I am not doing any formal program, just running 3 mi/ day, doing some weights, and watching how much i eat and making sure the meals are balanced. Oh and remembering to take my vitamins
And cutting back on the beer and wine (and irish coffee!!! LOL)
I would really like to be at 130 by my fiance's brothers wedding on june 25th.... so i guess that is my "short term goal"
