Hello, is anybody out there?
I am finally done with Stage Two and go to Stage Three - One Piece Wonder. I now add 60 minutes of cardio a week along with all the requirments of Stage One and Two.
The way I am going I should be through this stage in a couple months
I am having a hard time coming up with a mini challenge, if you can think of one, let me know.
