Spring Fling!
Hi.
I've been visiting this site since last August. With the wonderful support of Skinny, Cas, Julie, Marie, Reds and others I've lost a total of 40 lbs. I'm starting this new thread to welcome new people who are committed to healthy weight loss to chat, share ideas and support one another in an effort to loose another 10 lbs by spring. I plan to get there by counting calories and exercising regularly. I also want to reward myself when I reach the next 10 lbs down. My reward will be a brand new bathing suit!!!!!
