I really need some support and i don't know where to turn..over the last 3 years i've gone from 220 to 136-140 depending on the day..i want so bad to be in the low 120's but my eating habits are terrible..i love to workout but i need a group to be accountable to everyday..i know i don't have a lot of weight to lose but i really need some help..thank you...
