Default South Beach Diet ideas

Hi I've been on 3fc for awhile and usually post in the desperate housewives section but I am starting South Beach today and have the book but am wondering if anyone has some good lunch ideas. Let me know! Thanks!

Check out the South Beach Forum further down the main forum page. There are lots of good recipes there and a gaggle of knowledgeable chickies.
By the way, the diet has been revised several times since the book came out so check the Phase I food list in the FAQ section there.
Change isnít easy. But if you donít change, you stay the same, and whereís the fun in that?
