Chris and I decided to set a challenge for ourselves to loose 10 by Thanksgiving others are welcome to join. We have some rules...
(1) Weigh in weekly (duh...lol) OR MORE OFTEN!...and report weight
(2) Excersize for at least 30 mins 5 times per week
(3) Report TANKS! (point overages)
(4) Report Flex points left at the end of the week
(5) Set daily goals and report progress on goals at end of day
Soo.....here goes week 1
I plan to weigh in today, and get a 60 min run in at the gym. Monday is my day one.
