Hey guys!
I am new here and I just wanted to start a thread with my weight loss plan. I am going to lose 20 pounds. My goals are in my siggy. So Yeah I want to lose 20 pounds, get to a 19% body fat, and from there I will maintain. :) I am excited. I want to be healthy. I want to have good eating habits and a body to match. I need all the support I can get. And if anyone wants to join feel free. Lots of love! |
