Default Forget it! Editing ...

Edited: Just forget it! Job stress led to huge binge on the way home at 11 p.m. ... No idea what I ate but it wasn't whole grains and vegetables!

Not journaling food today as things are way to complicated with work and eating is more or less disordered. Exercise was 20 minutes ... wanted to go to yoga class but had to work! Will be back ...

Trying to jump back on track isn't sooo easy but I'll get there eventually! Still up 1/2lb. from my lowest weight so far. But it seems like when you get to that point either you just teeter back and forth a bit or have this idea you can eat anything. Whats with that????????????????
Tues.
Kashai cereal Puffed wheat w/ 2% milk 1Tbs. flaxseed
grilled chicken salad w/ pineapple, mozz. cheese, walden dressing blue cheese
1 low carb low cal yogurt
2 slices jalopeno bread toasted with 1/2 cup tuna salad with celery, onions, mayo
15 baked jalopeno chips 1 1/2 servings but then I stopped!!!!!!!!!!!
1 cup pasta w/ tomatoe sauce/ parm cheese
1/2 cup sugar free jello with one sqirt of whip cream
Not too bad of a day! I did better when I came home today that seems to be my down fall lately. I eat breakfast at 6:30 a.m., lunch at 11:30 then get home at 5 ish and get into things I shouldn't. The journal has been helpful w/ figuring out how I screwed up in my day and eating patterns. Oh well have a great day everyone!

Stream-o-consciousness postie ... posting Thursday's report early as working a meeting late tonight and have figured in dinner. Will edit if I deviate from this but don't plan to. It's day two of my 1699 21-dayer and I want it to hold up. I'm not a low carber but must say the low carb Slimfast fufill a long-ago dream of a "lite" and sugar free version of what used to be my beloved Slimfast ... these are higher than the EAS in calories but give me that Slimfast taste I love; however, I will never again use these as a whole food substitute, only as an occasional snack. They don't trigger binges like the higher cal versions do. Must end trying candy bars as substitutes for pb cups ... out of Pria's ... soldiering on :

2 Pria bars 220
EAS van CC shake 100

Dark choc Kit Kat 200
3.5 T "fixed" pb 370
EAS van CC shake 100

Whole wheat Eng muff w/btr spray 140
EAS van CC shake 100

1 low carb Slimfast 180

Whole wheat Eng muff w/btr spray 140
Chicken/corn/spinach salad w/ff mayo
(processed in mini processor, grilled chicken strips bought in package in salad department, so easy) 100

Total 1650

Exercise: Gym ~ 40 min plus a few hanging leg raises

No report tonight - have not really been keeping track as eating has been erratic with eating at times princesses need to.

Did start out with oatmeal/skim milk/nectarine. Then cottage cheese, strawberries, a blueberry or two, then (sob) a double serving of frozen yogurt.

Know I had a grilled cheese, some more blueberries, a bit or two of banana and apple and broccoli slaw (no dressing) and have been nibbling on some potato stix. Actually I think that's it and it's not quite as bad as I've been imagining. Passed on the chocolate cake. So there's a report after all.

Whoops, forgot there was a slimfast bar in there somewhere.

No real exercise, not quite enough water.

Red face

Haven't got a clue what I've been eating...not drinking enough water though...at least 500 ml a day...which isn't enough. Start each day with my hot milk instant coffee thing though. Have had a lot of cravings....and a lot of foods I can't eat...this tummy thing....Another week and a half to the TEST!

So, 'tis Friday and am off to the weekly Friday breakfast with the parentals...
Coffee
2 poached eggs
2 slices toast
butter
2 slices tomato...same every week.

Will go walk now.

Hmmm....must be something in the air. I haven't been recording my menus for the last 2 days either. Still doing okay though, in spite of pre-menstrual chocolate cravings, giving up coffee to see what happens , and desperately needing to go to the store for fresh fruit and veggies.
