Wow this place is hopping. It is great to have some new blood.
I am just stopping by before I head out for a walk with my dog then a bike ride and then planting some of the annuals that I bought. Gonna be a busy day. It sure is hot here. It is in the 80's. On the weekend it was in the 60's.

Yesterday we went out to a private dinner with the folks from aquafit. There was 60 people. We had a private chef. The theme was chinese, it was awesome. Better than anything that you can order. After dinner we were entertained by chinese dancers. It was an enjoyable night. After the event was over Larry and I went for an enjoyable walk in a near by park to enjoy the beautiful weather.

I have the day off and I am in a cleaning frenzy! I recently moved and we have been doing so much work to this place. Finally most of the work is done, and some tools are gone, so I am cleaning like a mad woman! Needed a break so here I am. Do have to get busy again and tackle the living room. But first some lunch and read some posts.
Hope everyone is having a great day!

Well so far, I've had a good day. I Went to my rhuemotologist and my blood work is all normal, I have no inflammation, and everything looks good. Awesome. My pain in my elbow is from tendonitis, not arthritis, so that was good. Also got put on a different anti-depressant. That ought to make the hubby person happier.

Gotta boogie and take my littlest girl to the dentist.

My husband is much happier when I'm taking my meds. I take Lexapro, which is supposed to have little/no side effects (makes me horny, though). I take it more for anger management than depression, though.

I live in Arkansas--how soon can you get here?

Seriously, though, I have to find a new cleaning person. Due to "family problems," Stewart said my sister is no longer allowed in our house. The last cleaning lady got married (and it has been rumored that she's into drugs--meth--now). I told Stewart we need to hire a Mexican or Phillipino to live-in. He thinks I'm joking

We are in Connecticut, so that is a very long commute for me to come and clean!
I am going to look for a cleaning person once school is in session. I will be teaching more classes, so that means more preparing, more tests to write, more tests to grade, all that. So less time on the house.

Dee-I hope you are sending my that nice weather. It has been warm the past couple of days. Last weekend we had snow and hail.
Chris - What kind of arthritis do you have? I have inflammatory and had a really rough winter until I was diagnosed and got on meds. I still have a lot of inflammation in my hands but the rest is under control.
Cheryl - You are doing a wonderful job, I hope things are more settled in your home life. Stewart behaving I hope.
Horny meds - what was the name of that pill!!
I have been working so much lately not much time for anything else.
Suzy - Be careful crawling around in the ceiling. You sure are brave.
Hello to all the other Floozie Friends.
Shelley - where are you??

Janice, CONGRATS on the 23 pounds lost! AWESOME job!

Cheryl, if I go to the doctor and ask him for the "horny med" do you think he can help me out? I have a feeling Steve would have a new-found respect for my doctor...

He is so use to this
He wouldn't know what to do with
Good lord, I crack myself up!

I hope everyone had a good day today!

Hello newbies! Post away so we get to know you better!

No screwguns today...just lots of itchy insulation and tape. We got a little more than half way done today, so we should be able to finish up tomorrow if all goes well. I'm looking forward to babysitting the girls Friday and Saturday...it's going to seem like a vacation! I'll try and catch up with everyone on Friday...until then stay OP, exercise and drink your water!

Cheryl...horny on Lexapro??? NOT ME! My husband has been seriously deprived from that stuff. I got taken off the Lexapro and put on Wellbutrin. If this doesn't work...don't they have a viagra for women....LOL!

Janice-Hey congrats on the forever gone poundage! As for what kind of arthritis I have...probably one of the worst ones (at least that's what I hear from everyone). I have Rheumatoid Arthritis. I tell people what I have and they get that grimace on their face like you see when a guy gets kicked in the woo haas... Yep, I have had it for almost 7 yrs now. I was diagnosed only 4 yrs ago.

Okay off with me. I'm still looking at a house of total disfunction and it looks like a dumping ground for God knows what. I'll check back with you all tomorrow.

Challenge: I challenge everyone to drink 8 glasses of water tomorrow and do some kind of moving for at least 15 min.

Chris-I am up for your challenge today! The moving part is no problem--it's the water I don't do good with!

Gayle-You crack me up too!!!

I am a Prozac user for over 10 years. Horny??? What' s that??? Haven't been that way in years!! Mike isn't either anymore

Becky's graduation was beautiful. We didn't go out with evil MIL because we were all too tired. Becky just got home from the lockin and is now safe in bed.

Cleaning??? I don't know what that is either!

Shelley I am so glad that Becky's grad turned out beautiful. You will have to post a few pics. I didn't know that you didn't drink a lot of water. You would think with all the heat and jogging that you would be guzzling that stuff. That is probably why you think that you are hungry, you are just thirsty.

Janice it sure was hot here yesterday. This morning it is cooler and grey. Hopefully you get the sun and the heat. You are doing a great job with losing those pounds. I am glad that you are feeling better than you did in the winter. My back is still the same. If I do any work or activity it gets really bad. If I rest most of the day the pain is managable because of the meds. I have to live and I love exercise so I exsist in pain most of the time until I can't bear it and then I crash for a few days up to a week.

Suzy I am sure that you don't have much time to get into the sweets with working so hard. I know that is must be tough work but I am sure that it is easier for you now that you have lost the weight.

Gayle you crack me up. You are too funny. Talk about horny I will share a funny one with you that happened last night. Larry and I have this 3:00 thing going day or night, that's my horny time. We just laugh because it is so unusual. Well last night I woke up and took advantage of my man.....lol (with the drugs I am on it has been a long time since I have woken up at night) After the love'n we both came down to the main floor drank our 8 glasses of water and took a peek out our sunroom windows buck naked. It looks so peaceful out and it had cooled down.......I had worked up an appetite and could use a walk to get the kinks out of my back so I suggested to Larry we go for a walk and then go for an early breakfast at a nearby restaurant similar to Denny's. He just laughed and said no I am serious, lets do it. Why not, we don't have anyone to answer to. So at 4:00 this morning we were walking around our very sleepy dark neighborhood. It was beautiful. We walked hand in hand and talked the whole time. When we arrived at the restaurant there was only one other customer. We couldn't help chuckling to ourselves as we shared an order of hot fresh blueberry pancakes with our decafe coffee. We DID want to sleep once we crawled back into our bed. We finished a sudaku puzzle (which we are both addicted to) and headed home surprised to see the sky was getting light and the birdies were chirpping good morning already. Larry moved back his alarm as we crawled back in bed into the spooning position. His day would begin soon as it was already 5:30.

Lynne I am glad that you realize that you need some help and can't do it all on your own. Sometimes we think that we have to be super human because we are a women. Good for you, go and find a cleanning women.

Cheryl look what you started. You got one happy husband. lol You are doing a great job managing the board. Thanks.

Chris thanks for challenging the girls. I will be a cheerleader on the side lines. I love to exercise and I don't go anywhere without my water. You picked two of the most important things to having sucess at losing weight and keeping it off. The other one is journaling.

I hope that everyone has a horney opps I mean happy day.

Well, I didn't do the exercise part of the challenge today. It was raining and now it is so sticky out, which normally wouldn't bother me but I just plain don't feel like running today. It's a cutback week for me anyway. Also, nix on the 8 glasses. I've probably had 2 or 3 today and doubt I'll make all tonight. I'm just a loser with a capital L today!

Dee-Your night and day sounds wonderful. You and Larry are such love birds.
