I still am not running. My hand is much better. I might try to go out Thursday afternoon. At this point, my goal isn't looking very obtainable!!

Shelley it is ok. There are times in our lives that our goals will not be reached. Heal up first, then I will be on you to get out there.

Went 3.5 today to end the month up with 72 miles. Oh, well!! I'll try better next month.

I didn't make my goal of 40 miles this month.  I only walked 19.7 miles.
I'll try harder next month to make goal!!
