Got some more hay in. We still have a few fields to do.

I have an orthopedic doctor appointment this morning. Guess we'll see what's going on with it. Hopefully something I can fix with therapy.

Have a great Thursday!

Ortho doctor took x-rays. Said the bones in my knee were very good. Next is an MRI to look at the soft tissue. Of course, there aren't any appointments available until Monday for the MRI, then his next opening is July 13th. I'm pretty sure it's a soft tissue issue. I'll probably be healed by the time I see him again!

Have an awesome Friday!

July 13th is 2 weeks away! Yes, I bet you will be healed by then. I hope so, and that it won't be anything extremely serious. To bad you have to wait.

Good luck for tomorrow's weigh-in. I am keeping my fingers crossed. We can do it!

Down 2 lbs.

I can't believe it's July already...where did May and June go? I guess the older you are the quicker the months go by. Now starts the fair and carnival season. Sam and I like to go and listen to the music groups.

Hope the scale smiled at you. Have a great Saturday!

Wow Renee!!! That is great!!!
You did terrific this week. Good for you. Yahoo!!!

I only went down 1/2 lb. I thought it would be more,
since I stepped on the scale yesterday first and it showed a bigger loss,
but today is the official weigh-in day, so I can only count today's.
I will definitely have to catch up with you next week.
So be ready

Happy July! Yes, time sure does fly nowadays.
Hope you have a Happy 4th July week!!!

Morning weigh-in shows no loss for me. Not a surprise since I did a lot of traveling around and ate a lot of different foods. We had a wonderful vacation and now it is back to grind to get on top of things once again.

What a heat wave here too.....unbearable. I can't believe how hot and humid it is. Most of my sunflowers survived. A few were eaten by rabbits I believe, along with a good portion of my lilies. The rabbits were probably really thirsty. That is all I can think of since they didn't bother the plants before. We always have rabbits around our house through the night and early morning.

Hope your weigh-in shows some success!

Glad you're back and had a good vacation!

No loss for me last week......

Had my MRI on July 3 and saw the doctor on Thursday. I have a torn meniscus. We're going to do conservative treatment first. 6-8 weeks of physical therapy, then we'll see where we're at. I think what's bothering me the most is no more horse shows. I am sad beyond words.....

I'm sorry to hear about your torn meniscus. I can understand your pain. I had one before in my knee and lived with the pain for a year before I had surgery. The surgery helped alleviate the pain in my case, so it helped. I hope your physical therapy helps.

Sorry you will miss out on the horse shows this year. I know you truly enjoy participating in them. Perhaps you can find some alternative way to participate in them.....

Went to the grocery store today and bought only healthy food. My husband greeted me at the door when I got home looking for treats, but walked away disappointed and grumpy. The first few days are always the worst when starting back up again on a healthy eating pattern. We have to go through the sugar withdrawals first, and then eventually reach a point where we can focus not so much on food, but more on life.

Have a great Monday!

I'm glad your knee is feeling a little better. You sure did a lot with it today. Hope it is not sore.

National Ice Cream Day!!!! How did I miss that one. Well, guess I will just have to do without for now. Hope the flavor you chose was delicious, and that you were able to maintain control while eating it so not to over do it. I don't have that kind of will power for ice cream.

Tomorrow I hope to do a little better on my exercising. I had no time for it today. Came home today and went straight to dog training, then home again and its time to go to bed. No time to eat or anything. Ugh. Trying to catch up on things since I have been away from work.

Rained again so couldn't do anything outside. We still have some hay to cut. Hopefully the weather will get better later this week.

Was a bit warm out there today. We waited until the evening to tackle the garden weeds. It looks like a tropical garden with all the rain and humidity. I did freeze some zucchini and broccoli yesterday. Still waiting for a nice ripe tomato!

Have an awesome Wednesday!

Another long day. Tomorrow should be better. I did go outside around noon for a 15 minute walk. That was all I could take of the heat. The next 3 days are suppose to be very hot.

Sunflowers are still growing. I am looking forward to seeing some buds some day appear.

This picture below sums up how I felt today.

Have a fantastic Wednesday.

Picked the last of the blueberries today and thought I would melt! We were going over to a local farmers fair but it was too hot. It runs all week so we'll go on a cooler night.
