Good morning to you all. It is cool in the house but really sticky already this morning outside. I am heading out around 11 or so to go and get my nails and toes done so I imagine it will be awful. Can't complain though as I would rather have this than snow and ice.

Not much else going on here today. I had a laugh at Jack as he took an "Am I a cruise addict" quiz and scored top points! Ahh well, better than am I a top burgler or a top cheater or whatever.

Jean: Aww, poor Ian. At least he got some guys out so that was something and his own hits. I wear bifocal contacts, but I have very bad astigmatism in my left eye and it doesn't correct that. You have to wear toric lenses for that so I am considering whether to try one toric lense and one bifocal lense next appointment, which should be sometime in August. I noticed the vision in my right eye is not sharp so may have to get a stronger prescription next time in that one. I don't have a bit of trouble with my contact lenses and like you I have very poor vision.

Maggie: I am sure your friend will enjoy her gift.

You all have a nice day

Good Evening! It's been another hot humid day. We spent most of it at the cabin. The kids like to swim by the boat out in the deep water so went before and after lunch. There was a breeze but it was hot when the boat was stopped. I decided to stay on shore in the afternoon. The humidity makes me really appreciate the air conditioning at home!

"Gma," I have heard of toric lenses but don't know anything about them. I tried a bifocal lense several years ago. It seemed like the bifocal part was never where I needed it to be. I've worn contacts for 51 years and would hate to give them up now. I had to laugh at Jack being a cruise addict! Ya think?

I'm heading to bed and read. Tomorrow morning will be an early one! Have a marvelous Monday!

Good morning, ladies! Another rainy day with temps in the low 80s.

I went to tea on Saturday and had a lovely time as always. Today is Applique Bee at Bella's and then I'm going to visit my friend who had the foot surgery. She still isn't allowed to put any weight on it and has to keep it elevated.

Faye, when I had my cataract surgery they told me about toric lens as an option. Fortunately the doc was able to correct my astigmatism with the surgery and I didn't need them for they are $2,500 per eye and insurance doesn't cover them.

Jean, I was having the same problems with my eyes when they diagnosed me with cataracts. I went to get new glasses and she said there was no change in my prescription but I needed to see a specialist.

Have a wonderful day!

Good morning to you all. We are expecting heat indexes between 106-110 today so I sure do hope Jack doesn't have to work outside or in an un air conditioned building. He did take extra water with his this morning.

I went and got my nails and toes done and Jack went with me because he wanted to get some stuff at Walmart. We came out of that store $217 poorer. He had to get printer cartridges for both upstairs and downstairs printers so that was probably $100 right there, then he started wearing his contacts yesterday so had to have an inexpensive pair of sunglasses until his Oakleys get here this week. I had to have several grocery items and a couple things from the hygiene area so there it went.

We sat last night and looked at recliners and a loveseat and fabrics for them to put in the living room when we get rid of the stuff we have. There are some truly ugly, ugly fabrics people choose for their furniture, let me tell you. There was this one fabric that swear to God looked like intestines wiggling all over it. It was this pepto bismol pink color with this pattern on it. They aren't cheap either. We decided on this cute fabric for the loveseat that has gray clocks all over it and the chairs are teal colored. Our walls in the downstairs will all be gray. I wanted to do either spring green or sort of a light yellow for accents, but I have been looking all over and can't find colored fabrics I like in either of those colors and Jack really liked the teal and so did I. We aren't ready to order them of course, but hopefully when we are, they will still be available. I book marked them so I would have them down the road.

Today I tackle upstairs bathrooms. I need to get up there soon before it gets too hot to do anything.

Jean: You went from cold to hot pretty darn quick. Toric lenses are strictly for astigmatism. I remember when Jack and I started dating he had just reenlisted and got a $10,000 reenlistment bonus and bought hard contacts. Contacts were pretty new back then and I do not see how you got those hard things in your eyes and they be comfortable at all. I have only worn soft contacts and have worn them for about 20 years now. I couldn't afford them before that as the Navy didn't have vision insurance. I really like the bifocal lenses, but find that very small print or if there isn't enough light that I have to put a pair of readers on anyway. Because of the astigmatism in my left eye, the vision is not sharp in it so I am going to try one and one and see if that does the trick. I do hear that toric lenses can be difficult to wear so I don't know if I will like them or not. Unlike the lenses I wear now, I would have to take the toric lense out every night because from what I understand the toric lense tends to shift a lot.

You all have a good start to your week. I am going to get some breakfast. I made one of my replacement shakes yesterday with frozen strawberries and it made it more like a shake so I bought several bags of frozen fruit in different kinds to put in them. They're much easier as you don't have to stand and wash them and core and stuff, you just pop them in the blender.

Talking Marvelous HOT Monday

GOOD MORNING IN JULY MAGNOLIAS
☺♫

I am in the process of getting a new phone ~ Will is down at the shop and giving them all the information they need to set it up. It is one of the latest and can be upgraded in a few months when the new ones come out with more bells and whistles but now they can transfer my number to it. They gave me a $300 dollars toward the new phone when I turned in my old one. Will said I will have to learn how to use this one for it operates different than my old one. I am sure I can learn it. :cp

It is a hot one today up in the 110˚area. The dog and cat are staying inside today for sure.

Good Evening! It was another hot humid day in my neighborhood. Counting went smoothly this morning even though I had to go back and find my ten cent mistake. It was easy to find as I should have typed $1.00, and the odd ten cents really stood out. Bob had his tractor worked on and I had to take him from one place to another to pick it up and then back to his pickup. He has a couple tractor rides coming up and he is trying to get tractors ready for the "big" Oliver weekend in August. I am doing cat chores for a couple days so visited Boomer after lunch, stopped by the library to get a new book, and then the grocery store.

Susan, Bob finally got an answer regarding the pneumonia shot. There are two different ones and Medicare doesn't feel the second one is medically necessary. I do have the beginnings of a cataract, but it isn't even a one on the scale yet.

"Gma," Bob used to call SAMs Club the hundred dollar store. Now it's usually closer to $200 and WM is the hundred dollar store. It doesn't take many items to hit the mark. I hope the fabric you liked is still available when you are ready buy. Sounds pretty! I was told that soft lenses couldn't be made strong enough for me, but that was many years ago. I did try a pair and had a hard time getting them out. The hard lenses are fine except on windy days when the dirt is flying. I'm sure they didn't have soft lenses when I first got mine, or at least I never heard about them. Both Beth and Jason wear soft lenses, as do Amanda and Will. I look for the grandkids to need glasses eventually.

Maggie, didn't you just get a new phone not too long ago? Have fun learning all about your new one. Oh, by the way, you don't have to share your hot weather -- 92 is hot enough!

I could take a nap right now so need to keep moving before I fall asleep. That is a bad habit! Hope you all enjoy a terrific Tuesday tomorrow!

Good morning to you all. Another hot one today so I imagine I will be upstairs pretty early to dust and vacuum this morning.

I did get the bathrooms cleaned and as Jack hadn't put the basket of clothes away I did that. We don't turn the ac on upstairs unless someone is up there so it was hot even at 8 AM yesterday, so I cranked on the ac units and pretty soon it was nice and cool. These floor units are so nice as they are more powerful for one thing, but they are easier to deal with as far as not having to put them in windows and such. You just have a little plastic thing that has a hole in it and slides back and forth and it fits in the window and the vent hose fits into the hole and that's it. It is ready to go. The two upstairs are 10,000 btu, but the downstairs one is double that and it has a heater in it too so in the winter we can keep the furnace temp down during the day and I can turn it on and keep warm. I know our utility bill is a lot less and we may not replace the big unit outside. We no longer can have people stay over as we made the extra bedrooms an office for Jack and a big closet and the front room is becoming our pantry instead of a dining room so people that visit stay in the living area anyway and since it opens into the kitchen, the kitchen stays cool as does the bathroom with this bigger unit. Because we have no windows that open in the back we do have to vent it through the screen door, so it is less convenient as you have to take it out of the door to go in and out, but our utility bill is at least $75 less a month in the summertime now. It is worth a bit of inconvenience to take the hose out of the slot. I don't know what possessed these people when they built these to make the back all big picture type windows that don't open.

Maggie: I too thought you just had bought a new phone. You must like changing to the new ones when they come out. Don't you get dinged with your contract or do you just keep them long enough for the contract to expire then trade them in. I prefer what I have even though Jack has tried to get me to upgrade. I don't feel it is necessary as I only use it as a phone and nothing else. I have my ipad for everything else and a lot of my family has Iphone products so I can text them from my Ipad.

Susan: You posted while I was posting so I never did say anything to you. Hope you are doing well now and feeling much, much better. How long has it been since your friend had her surgery? Is she using crutches or is she in a wheelchair? Crutches long term can be terrible. Hope you had fun at the bee. I saw a quilt awhile back on FB that used mens ties in that pattern that looks like a big circle in the middle. It was really cute.

Jean: Used to drive me nuts when I couldn't get stuff to balance when I was doing the missionary payouts. Besides the fact that when you made a mistake you couldn't correct it and I would have to call the guy who did the accounting to come and fix it. Whatcha reading now? I have started on a series that was a freebie 3 book combo. Not very far into it so don't exactly know where it is going. It is a woman who moved back to Iowa from Boston and is renovating an old school. That's pretty much as far as I have gotten. I don't know if it is mystery or romance or what.

Everyone have a good day. I am having my shake today with frozen fruit of papaya, pineapple and mango. Yum!

Good morning, ladies! Headed for the 90s with a bad thunderstorm, hail and a possible tornado this afternoon.

Tonight is quilt guild and I'll have dinner with my friends before. Applique was a small group yesterday but we had a lot of fun.

Faye, even though I'm only buying for one, I usually end up with $80 at Walmart. Everything is so expensive these days. I don't have a guest room, either. One is an office/fabric storage and the other is my quilting room. When I was at Applique yesterday, my friend brought me a huge bag of very nice wool and silk yarns. She said she isn't going to crochet anymore so thought I could use it. Lucky me!

Jean, its easy to enter the wrong amount. I'm glad you were able to quickly locate it.

Maggie, I've had the same phone for 11 years. I'm actually thinking about going to a smart phone since you can now get them on pay as you go without a contract.

Have a wonderful day - I'm off to the Y.

Good Morning! It is promising to be another hot day in my neighborhood. We could use some rain to green up the grass again. I have laundry going and need to vacuum, maybe even dust a spot or two. After lunch I will spend some time with Boomer, the cat.

"Gma," your air conditioner/heater sounds like a handy thing to have. I feel sorry for anyone who doesn't have air but know there are many who don't. I have been reading the J. D. Robb alphabet series " . . . In Death." Right now it is "Loyalty in Death." I like Lieutenant Eve Dallas! I find an author I like and get in a rut.

Susan, hope the bad weather and tornado evaporate and you get a gentle rain if anything. Our grass is turning brown so we could use a day of rain showers. Do you eat at a restaurant or wherever your quilt guild meets? Have fun!

My vacuum is waiting so I'd better keep moving. Enjoy a terrific Tuesday!

Talking Tuesday & a Very Nice Hot Day

GOOD MORNING IN JULY MAGNOLIAS
☺♫

Good afternoon on this day in the ♥-Land. These days up in the mid 100˚s sure do wilt me. Right now it is much cooler in Texas.

I am having fun learning my new phone. It sure has a lot in it and is light (called Verizon LTE) and so much better than my little “throw away” one I have been using lately.

Saw my Doc today and she was happy to see how well my meds & vitamins have been working since I have not been sick in ages and ages enough to see a doc. I only had to go see her today to get my prescriptions renewed with the pharmacy. Of course she said it was time for a mammogram and blood work to be done so they will schedule me here in town and let me know when the appointment will be. Will is at his docs now and will go have a cat scan later this month then have a conference with his doc. Since he is on this “study” all this doesn’t cost him anything and my visits to my doc get paid for by our insurance and piggy back policies.

You would love my bookmark which is a laminated 1,000,000 dollar counterfeit bill which looks so real. Lady Liberty’s face is on the front of it. Makes for me a great bookmark. A friend who owns a shop here gave it to me ~ I don’t have a clue where he got it.

JEAN We need rain also & some is in the forecast ~ hope it comes like they say it will.

SUSAN They sue make it easy for folks to get phones now. They gave me $300 for my trade in phone (not the throw away one) and it sure helped to cut this ones monthly payment very low. Your payment may be a lot higher since your phone is so old.

DONNA FAYE Well, I did buy a new phone recently but it was of the "throw away" kind and it is now in my trash. This phone is the "cats meow" - lite weight and easy to use. Plus it takes great pictures.

Good morning to you gals. We had a horrible storm move through quick yesterday afternoon. Jack had taken a package to UPS then took dress shirts to the laundry and so was home a bit later. We started dinner and all of a sudden it got black outside and the wind, oh my goodness the wind. We turned on the tv and they said the wind was 60-75 miles an hour in places. Some places had hail and rain something fierce. We had the wind, but very little rain and it moved through and it was done. Downtown Memphis, got slammed so I was concerned about Kelly who works downtown. I texted Thomas to make sure he was ok and got, "Yeah," back so knew he was ok. We are supposed to have regular temp of 100-102 from Friday through the weekend and don't ya know we have to be out in it both Saturday and Sunday.

Today I start tackling downstairs. I want to get what I want done early so will get going after breakfast. I made a tropical shake yesterday with my protein powder and it was pretty darn good.

I have clothing coming today as well as Jack's Oakley sunglasses will finally be here. I probably drive the UPS, FEDEX, and USPS people nuts.

Maggie: LTE actually stands for Long Tern Evolution and has to do with the speed of your data. It combines with your 3G or now mostly 4G networking capabilities. Like I said, since I have an Ipad, I use my phone just as a phone. I don't take pictures with it, never really have. I have taken pictures with my Ipad though as the definition is much better, but even then not a lot. I take photos with my Nikon that I bought for the cruise last year. I take my Ipad with me everywhere I got as it is small and thing and slips right into my purse easily. I use the note function to make grocery lists on and then erase them. So much easier than dragging around a piece of paper and pen. I only do that for short shopping though. I still use a pen and paper for our commissary trips.

Susan: Oooh sounds like you hit the mother load with yarn from your friend. I haven't really been knitting in awhile. I put the sweater aside until fall when it is cooler to knit. We just have to get the downstairs organized as the whole downstairs looks like a hoarders house. We don't want to start anything until next fall (16) though as we want to dig in after our cruise and start really working on everything. I want to get 4 commercial racks and they are around $300-400 apiece if I buy them from Wayfair. I want the kind on wheels so we can move them around once we get going on these darn floors.

Jean: I have her newest "In Death" on my buy list from Amazon. It is due out September 15th. I have read every one of this series and like it very, very much. She hasn't started repeating or rehashing stuff like a lot of authors do when they have written several books in a series. I read a lot of series books as I enjoy them more I think. I have about 6-7 books on my preorder list from Amazon right now that are due out between Sept and November and most of them are series. Oh, that three book set I am reading is called Bellingwood. I imagine you would enjoy it as it is all about Iowa. She has moved back from Boston to her hometown in Iowa and is renovating an old high school to live in and make into a big community thing. It does have some murder aspect to each book. I am almost done with the last one and have liked them very much. Like I said, they were a Book Bub freebie.

Everyone have a great middle of the week. With the heat and then the rain we are being driven nuts by flies.

Good Afternoon! It's cloudy and cool this afternoon, and looks like it could rain any minute. We could use a nice gentle rain without any wind. We've had a couple days with very little wind and that has been a nice change. I went to get my eyes rechecked this morning. I picked up a little area newspaper in the waiting area and had trouble seeing some of the smaller print. I took it in with me to show the doctor and now have new lenses ordered. Then I had my nails done, and braved WM. I bought some kitty litter I didn't like so took it back without a receipt. It's the only place in town that carries it so I figured they would take it. They did, and I picked up a few other things. Lunch was BLT sandwiches and now I need to sort through a pile of magazines and junk pamphlets I thought I might want to read. Bob is thinking about going on a tractor ride this Saturday. It's one he's never been on, and they are going to visit a turtle farm along the way. I didn't know we had one in the area but guess the turtles are shipped to China, or maybe Japan, I can't remember.

Maggie, I hope your weather is cooler today. Our humidity is noticeably lower today. I drove through McDs for a coffee and gave the gal a two dollar bill. She looked at me like it couldn't be real and I'm sure she had never seen one before. I assured her it was but she didn't look like she believed me. We had a new one hundred dollar bill at church and they really do look fake imo.

"Gma," you are lucky you didn't have windows blow out with the wind. I received two back ordered shirts from LL Bean yesterday and delivered by UPS. The plastic bags were 100% covered with gravel road dust and grit. I was so mad I called the 800# and let the poor guy have it telling him I knew it wasn't his fault but that it wasn't acceptable. He assured me a rep would call within the hour and he did. The gist of the conversation was that the trucks aren't air conditioned and the drivers leave the doors open for ventilation. After my rant to him, I told him they should route the rural road deliveries last so that town packages would arrive "clean." He knew I was mad! I put the plastic bags in a zip lock bag and somebody is going to get them back! Are you reading all of your books online now? I like a series too, but usually manage to read one out of order not knowing it is a series. I will have to look for the Bellingwood series.

I need to get busy and finish my sorting project. Enjoy the rest of a wonderful Wednesday!

Good morning to you all. Man is it sticky here. I let Jack out this morning to go to work so I could reconnect the ac and that was at 6 AM. It was awful. I sure hope he can stay indoors in the ac today. We have folks here who lost power the other night and won't have ac until tomorrow. It was over 100 degrees without the heat index here yesterday so I feel for those who don't have any power. My behind would be looking for a hotel, but then not everyone could afford to stay in a hotel for a couple days. I would really be upset if we lost power and had kids and couldn't afford to leave or didn't have family that could take me in. I imagine we will see some elderly found dead again. We always do when the heat is like this. They live in bad areas with no ac and shut up there house because they are afraid and the houses end up 120-130 degrees inside. It is horrible.

I am going to once again try and work on the house. My shoulder right in the shoulder blade has been so bad I can't use it to scrub anything as I am left handed. I had to clean my ceramic top last night on the stove and it hurt like the dickens to scrub it. It is a pain to deal with as I have things to do.

Jack has his eye appointment Saturday morning then we will get the stuff we need at Fresh Market. The appointment isn't until 10 am because the dummy at the eye doctor's goofed and put him on a Saturday our doctor doesn't work. So, then he had to wait and get the first one available, which was 10 o'clock. We try to get the first appointments because she always gets backed up with people walking in and such. So I imagine it will be an all day thing.

A week from Saturday is our baseball game and in the morning Jack has to take the car in for an oil change and get brake maintenance. We aren't having a problems with them, but they haven't been serviced since 2011 the guy said and they are doing a brake promotion so I thought it would be a good idea to go ahead and get the pads changed and such. The nice thing about the game is that we bought the high priced tickets which come with a before game buffet, seat service so you don't have to go and get food they bring it to you, and if it is hot, you can sit inside in an enclosed area that has ac. It is really a beautiful ballpark and we get to see the Iowa Cubs play.

I bought these high priced sunglasses on the cruise last year on their sale day and have pretty much hated them to drive in. They are very fashionable, but lousy for driving and such. So, Jack got a $10 off reward for buying his sunglasses so I looked this morning and found a nice pair that is polarized and has a bunch of stuff on them to help see better and stop glare and such so I bought them. The color of the frame is pomegranate. I got a copper colored lense in them because I liked the darker brown color. I hope I like them, but they will take them back if I don't. I know I sure like Jack's new Oakley sunglasses, but I didn't want to spend that much money on them. The lady's Oakley after their discount was $180! One of my biggest problems is seeing our readout above the cd player that shows the ac temps, time, sync system stuff, etc. The glare made it impossible. Jack said the polarized lenses in his new sunglasses cut that right out and you can see it so I am hoping mine will work that well. In the spring and summer when I take Jack to work and the sun is up, driving home I drive straight into the sun. It is blinding, especially on those orange sun days. You can't see anything.

Jean: The author of those books is Diane Greenwood Muir and the main character is Polly Giller. I think you would like them a lot. The author is from Iowa. I don't think anyone knows that Arkansas has the largest harvesting of rice in this country only second to China. When we go to Indiana we drive right past the rice paddies, which seems funny to me. I always think of those pictures of little old Chinese people out in the paddies harvesting rice in baskets. I asked Jack how they harvest modern day rice and he said he had no idea. Maybe Bob knows. The days I got my handbags the boxes were totally caved in. I thought to myself, what the heck did they do to these things. We have a friend who is a UPS city driver and an old acquaintance from decades ago who still drives a big rig UPS truck. They make big money. I prefer when things come FEDEX because they come earlier in the day. Our UPS guy shows up here around 7-8. The other day he didn't deliver both packages so I told Jack to leave the gate unlocked and he would be back. Sure enough around 8:30 back he comes and delivers the other box. Sheesh!!! I was amazed as our mail came before 11 AM yesterday. Usually he delivers around 1 PM or later. Those people I just want to punch in the snozzola. I have never lived somewhere that the postal people are so rude, so lazy, and frankly don't do there jobs ever.

You gals have a great day. I am going to get my breakfast going then start work for the day before it gets too hot.

Good Afternoon! We got up to rain but the sun is out now and it is really sticky outside. I spent the morning with my once a month coffee date friend. Two and a half hours fly by fast!

"Gma," I, too, feel sorry for anyone losing power in this heat. The hospitals, churches, and some public buildings will allow people to come in out of the heat. That seems to happen more often in larger cities than here in town. Is the ball game in Memphis or somewhere else? I hope it's a lot cooler for you. I sure didn't know that Arkansas grew rice. I know that Bob said he rode on trucks going into town (in Vietnam) and they always were watching the people working in the rice fields, just in case someone had a gun or would throw something in the direction of the trucks. It sure seems like the postal service is going down hill at a fast pace. I thought sure they would eliminate Saturday delivery this summer. Well, summer isn't over yet.

I need a few things from the grocery store and need to make a list then double check a couple recipes. Otherwise, not much is newsy from Iowa. Hope you all are enjoying a terrific Thursday!

Good morning to you all. Same old story, hot and sticky. We are in the part of summer where it doesn't cool down much at night and the humidity stays high. The heat index was 108 last night around 8 PM so it was uncomfortable. We weren't as we were in the ac, but it was pretty miserable outside. I am glad Thomas doesn't play football as they have to be practicing for next year by now. I know he starts school fairly early next month. A sophomore, can't believe that!

Jay called yesterday and they are coming to Memphis next month for a weekend. I am kind of surprised since we were just up there in June as was Kelly, but it is ok with me. I imagine they will want to get together with his school friend and his wife Saturday night so T may be asked to sit. I think Jack and I may offer to take the boys to dinner and to a movie and then back to Thomas's house until they get home. Jackson can be put to bed then. We shall see.

Gonna work some more on the house today I imagine. In this heat even with ac it is tough going and getting things done and the arthritis is bothering me a lot lately, which makes for it being even tougher because I try not to take too much medication for it.

I have paid bills, balanced the checkbook, taken my meds, put away dishes, and straightened up downstairs already this morning. I was dead tired and went to bed really early last night and slept through the night pretty much so I feel a lot more rested.

Jack got his new slacks yesterday and they fit perfectly. We originally bought him Haggar slacks and the size he always wears, which is a 38/34 and the waist was at least 2 sizes small. He had at least a 2 inch gap between the button and the fly. I sent them back and ordered him two pair of Perry Ellis slacks, same size only these could be laundered not dry cleaned and they came yesterday. They fit perfectly. I don't know who labeled the pants but the original ones were way off. I have to say, Amazon is great about returns. We had the money refunded before the pants even got back to them. I printed out their return label and Jack dropped them off at UPS, day before yesterday. The refund was on my account last night. I am going to go into Amazon and right a review and warn people not to buy the things unless they want to exchange them.

Jean: I wonder if they harvest rice similar to how they do cranberries, though cranberries are grown in a bog situation. They have to have machines that can drive through water and not get stuck because they don't do it by hand here, that's for sure. I figured they would have kaboshed Saturday delivery by now too. Wonder if the unions have thrown up a stink about it and slowed the process down. Speaking of unions, the city gave the public works people a 3% pay raise, which isn't much, but anyhow that's what the union that Jack works under negotiated (TN is right to work state so he doesn't belong to the union.) Well, they got the raise, but any holidays, sick days, paid vacation are not included in the raise so let's say Jack would take a vacation day today, he wouldn't get the 3% paid to him for today. Now that is about $4 for the day. I thought giving the pay raises was stupid anyway as the city can't afford it and it doesn't amount to much after taxes, but there you go. Now, he just got the first of the pay raises and they went into effect July first and guess what, they screwed up and paid him for July 4th!!! I imagine this is not going to work and I have to say I feel for the accounting people who have to keep track of hundreds of employees records as far as taking this pittance away from them a day here and a day there. I mean what a mess this is going to be.

Everyone have a nice weekend. I hear Jack is up getting ready for work. We have grocery shopping weekend and I am not looking forward to being out in the heat.
