I have burnt out and am really tired of looking like the way I do. I want to make a change now but I need someone to talk to.
My partner is really supportive but since he isn't concerned about my weight (or his) I can tell that he gets tired of listening to me talking about how bad I feel in togs and other girlie things.
A quick bit about me:
-I was (and still am) very close to joining WW online but am giving this forum a go as I cannot afford it over Christmas and the support looks great here
-I am not a newbie here and had to sign up again.. I lost my email address etc.
-I am aiming to not only lose weight bit also create a healthy lifestyle.
Anyone keen?? we can start in a couple of days and set mini weekly challenges as well as share recipes etc
