Temptations...
 

Ok, soooo, I am sitting here web surfing and what happens, TEMPTATION!!!!
First the smell hits me and I realize the culprit has just sat right in front of me and decided to eat a lovely hot sub covered in all the fixings. Never mind, it is like 11pm here, waaay too late to be eating, and I am fresh on my weight loss journey. It smells soooo good AND I'm not even eating it, but I know what it tastes like. Why does my family do this to me??!
How do you guys deal with temptation, and being around people who can eat whatever they what and whenever they want???

I just leave the room if a family member is eating something I want
