green tea good for losing water weight?
 

I read something about. Green tea being good for dropping water. Weight. Has anyone else herd or know if this is true?

There are a lot of claims about green tea these days, but I am not sure they are true. I once knew this lady that drank green tea every day becuz it was milder tasting than regular. She was very thin, but she was also very tall and always doing something (busy as a bee). I guess you could try it out to find out for yourself ... ;)

I started using green tea a few weeks ago and I think it has helped with my metabolism .... I'm only using a regular one, not one of the more expensive ones ... no harm in trying it.
