Autoimmune Chicks
 

Anyone out there battling with an autoimmune disease and trying to lose weight at the same time? I just feel like I have so many obstacles, constant fatigue, joint pain, prednisone (not my friend), and tons of other meds with side effects. If I do too much in a day I pay for it the next 2-3 days. Hard to be consistent with a diet and exercise when my body does not cooperate!

Anyone else out there?
