Hi everyone!
Since I work full time and have two young kids at home my only time to work out is at lunch. There is a club near my work where I do a 45 minute spinning class. (2 to 4 times per week).

The sad news is that my workout partner's last day of work was on Friday. She is moving to Raleigh, NC with her dh so she can become a full time novelist (she has completed one book and is looking for a publisher). I'm really happy for her but am bummed for me! So far I have been motivated to work out without her but I know it is going to be tough to stay motivated once we get back from Hawaii. So my question to all of you is how do you keep up the regular exercise? Does it just feel automatic for you? What do you do and how often?

And yes...I AM SO EXCITED ABOUT MAUI! 9 more days!!!! Thanks for asking!

Jeanne-I feel like if I don't get out and run, I am missing something. It's become a habit with me.

Sherry and Debbie-You girls should be toothpicks the way you run around so much!!

Gayle- I'm really not up on the star's hairstyles, but I say go for it!! I am also thinking about streaking the gray in my hair instead of coloring it this time. I say any kind of change helps us to feel better about ourselves!

Ramona-What happened at the Dr's??? I hope your son's foot is better today!

Thanks to everyone that PM'ed me!! I feel much better now at work, and hopefully this time off will help me sort things out. I do know one thing, I definitely do NOT want to be the confidential secretary now (not that she would give me the job anyway!)

Off to my LAST day!!

Gayle, if you go to ivillage.com, they have a hairstyle finder where you put in your face shape, color, and length and then you see the styles that are best for you. I'm like you, I'm ready for a change! I agree with everyone else, go for it!

Believe it or not, we couldn't get in to see a Dr. last night. My brother is a physical therapist and has had lots of patients with spider bites so I took Dan to see him. He said it is not a spider bite but looks like some type of staph infection. Dan had inspection this morning and then he is getting a pass to go to the DR.

gotta sell some boots....later all

The hair cut I came up with is about chin length, razor cut with choppy layers...

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE SITE INFO!!!!! This is to much fun!!! I'm ready for a change!!!!!

Now, if I could magically drop 30 pounds!!!!

Nice hearing from you Doni. The board is kinda slow with everyone busy. I will be keeping your mom in my thoughts and prayers. Let us know how everything turns out.

Man, I've been going crazy! I updated some info on my personal profile and then I couldn't get back on the board!!!!! I tried everything and nothing worked. I finally e-mailed Suzanne and she worked it out for me. Now, you know you are on the computer tooooo much when you start having Floozie withdrawls!!!!! hahahaha

Gayle, I wanted to tell you that the haircut sounds really cute! I'm glad you had so much fun at the web site.

Dan's foot is better. It was infected but we don't know what caused it. Thanks everyone for asking.

JENNELLE.............HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope you have a super, fantastic day!!!!!

To the birthday girl:

You're a kind and generous person
Who can brighten up one's days
Bringing much joy to other's
With your kind and thoughtful ways

You're a wonderful dear friend
Who makes cares just disappear
With your warm endearing smile
Through out each day all year

That's why this greeting comes
On your very special day
To wish you all the best
In a very endearing way

Unknown

Thank you for being our friend Jennelle!!!!
