Dee-Already at 50?? You blow me in the weeds!!

Cheryl-Timing doesn't really matter. It takes me an hour to RUN 5 miles!! I'm a turtle in disquise!!

Nothing for me on Tuesday--was shopping with Becky after work so that she could find some working clothes.

(Still sore & tired)

Thanks for joining us Ramona!!!!!!!! A mile is great!!! Try to walk daily....You'll feel so much better and it sure helps with the weight loss!!!

Walked last night, but not sure how far. Also did resistance training with bands for biceps and triceps.
