Maggie -- We had a few raindrops this afternoon, along with the sprinkle of snow flakes. The wind blew harder as the day went along and it was a cold icky day here. Wind chill is 9 tonight as I'm typing. The weatherman, at 6, said to expect rain starting Friday through the weekend turning to snow Sunday night. I'll take the rain without complaining because we do need it. If it's a "wet" snow, so much the better I guess. I think the no mail on Monday had to do with Labor Day, Memorial Day, President's Day, etc., being on Mondays so that would be 3 days without mail if no mail on Saturday. Bob has been frying fish on the grill outside; I like that because it doesn't stink up the house. We still have a Canadian fish to eat now that I think about it.
I'm heading to bed. See you tomorrow!
