25 Sit-ups

(For some reason today I had a hard time getting my mile in.It's like I wanted to quit half way through....but didn't!!)

Shelley I still have time for other things. Some of my mileage is on a bike so it adds up a lot quicker.

Sherry thanks for asking, I did post on the other threads now. Just been buzy walking my life away. No I really have to say that exercise is my passion and down fall. I love it.

Deb-Is your big toe hurting because of the nail? Try putting some gauze or something like that around it. I use gel toe thingies that my daughter has from pointe.
