I'm starting to get very frustrated. I stay near or under my caloric allowance (for zero exercise) and I work out religiously 5-6 days a week with Jillian since mid February. I track everything I eat on MFP. I try switching things up; eating little more, eating less. Ugh.
3 pounds?? Seriously?
I was making great progress (inch loss) in March and now I am stuck at a plateau.
I am seriously losing my patience. Am I going to have to go at it hard this week or what? I NEED to break this stand off with my scale, the b*****d isn't moving! Now what?
