Good Morning, Flowers! The sun is shining, the wind is NOT blowing . . . yet, and it's a cold 31 degrees outside. My poor birds are ice skating on the bird bath this morning. I don't think any of my flowers bit the dust though. We didn't cover anything last night. I can see dust where the sun is shining on things so will "undust" later. I need to run a couple errands after lunch.

I need to get moving and attack the dust around here. Have a terrific Tuesday and enjoy!

Good morning gals. Just got back from my dr appt. I developed a large rash spot right around where my stoma was last week. It was red and itchy and I tried a variety of stuff, like lotion, body oil, a protective cream in case it was a damp area, and even a fungus cream and nothing worked. I talked to the doctor today and he said the area where the surgery was has "thickening." So, combined with the red patch he decided to put me on an antibiotic for 10 days just to be sure. I am on pill overload! This med can cause diahrrea, oh joy, just what I need more problems! When he was talking he said something about sticking a needle in my abdomen and drawing off fluid, which is what he says the thickening might be. I kind of EEEKKKED in my head but just smiled while he was talking. He is just going to watch it and I have to go back in three weeks.

We are having pot roast, potato and carrots for dinner tonight. I can stick it in the oven and then run pick up Jack and come back and it will be ready to eat. It keeps us from having to eat out, otherwise dinner gets to be later than we normally eat.

I am major pooped today. Fortune was really antsy last night and then I had the dr appt, had to go to the fabric store to get the stuff for the hats, then on to the grocery store and then back to the drug store to pick up my prescription. I came home and undressed and put on a gown while I am just hanging out until I have to go and get Jack. I just have to make sure I don't get too comfortable and fall asleep. I may just put my alarm on my phone so if I do, I will wake up in time to go to get Jack.

Jean: Whoo, it is chilly at your house. We are in the low 70's today. It is supposed to only top out the low 60's for the next couple days the go right back into the 80's. I know my kids and the boys enjoy each other when they get together since they only see get to see each other a couple times a year. I got the giggles thinking about you "undusting." I finally got the downstairs cleaned yesterday and some of the upstairs. I hope to finish the upstairs tomorrow. I seem to always be cleaning a house with only two people in it!

Maggie: We like Applebees, but there is only one left in town now and it is clear across town so we don't usually go there. I love their chinese chicken salad. We have to stay away from those Cadbury eggs. I love those things with the cream inside. I also like those Reeses peanut butter eggs. We avoided the Easter candy this year thank goodness. One of the locally owned candy stores here makes to die for chocolate covered strawberrys. It is about the time of the year they have them fresh too. I don't go in their store either!

Well, I need to eat a bite, unload and reload the dishwasher and get the roast on. Have a good day everyone. Faye
