Just looking for some gals who are looking to lose about 40 pounds. I was here before and lost 33 of the 40 pounds I was looking to lose last time. Well, its all back! dang... lol
Anyway, looking for a group of gals to keep me motivated (and hopefully I can motivate you too!) and stay accountable! I know I can do this, I know you can do this, so lets do it!
So far, I have started with calorie counting and watching my carbs (same as last time) and I am doing a combo of p90x and Couch to 5k. I also am going to join a new gym (the one I was a member of before wasnt as good as the new one!)
So, lets here it, what are yall doin?
