Changing from WW to S4L
Hi I am Mariabeppa. I have been on WW since Aug 1, 2010. Until Nov 29 when WW changed their program, I was losing 1-3 lbs a week. Since the new program, I have lost and gainned the same 5-6 lbs! My body thinks it is on mantenence on this program! I am moving to Slim 4 life this weeK. I started at 257 and now weigh 224. I should have lost more than twice that amount in a year. I have worked the WW program before with much success.
On Tues or Weds of this week I will start the three day beginning of S4L.
I am 61, as of August 19.
