I don't want to be super buff and I obviously want to lose weight in my STOMACH. What's with the negativity? If you think I'm stupid just don't reply.. That easy. Thanks Maria for being so encouraging.

Now, now. Muscle is really pretty hard to gain--women don't accidentally wind up super-buff. Lean is hard enough to pull off!

Re breasts--well, yes, that's the thing about them. They're mostly fat. Genetics have a big role to play, but if you lose fat on your body you'll also lose some from your chest. It's just the way it goes.

Still, exercise is your friend.

Hi, you will work it out (sorry, can't bring self to call ye Pointless).

I also suspect you are holding water because of the 4-hour exercise sessions four times a week (maybe you could just do an hour 6-7 times per week?).

Maybe you do need to tinker up and down with the cals, too.

But really, you'll get there.

Hang in!

Do measure, honest, it helps.
