Hello Ladies
I am not going to hit this challenge, I had to do some metabolism repair after my last Challenge so although the scale is moving not as fast as it was. I have continued in my workouts but have increased my calories.
Good Luck to you all !!!!

Hello again all. Sorry I've been MIA since last Friday.
Congratulations Josey and Amandie on making the challenge! That's fantastic. You both worked super hard at it and now you are reaping the rewards!
Well, as of this morning, I am 269. That is my Vic day goal. So, I'm gonna say I made it, even if I am up a bit tomorrow on my official WI day. My DD got extremely sick last Friday with the Norwalk virus, and so of course by being in constant contact with her and her sickness, I also got it. I am still pretty queasy, and I lost about 4 lbs in the last 4 days, which is why I was able to make my goal. Whatever - I'll take it. I just need to focus now on keeping it off and getting over this hateful flu virus.
See you ladies in the next challenge! Keep up the great work.

I was very discouraged this week, after my last post of losing 5 pounds and only 1.3 to go, I weighed myself the next morning only to discover that I had gained 4 pounds overnight without even a cheat.
I felt so depressed and pissed off at the world that I resorted back to old habits and I cheated. It wasn't a big cheat 3 chips with salsa and sour cream, and some bacon wrapped steak/cream cheese poppers and bacon wrapped water chestnuts on Friday. I have been trying so hard to get to One-derland and hoping my goal of success at 199.9 would have come true this morning.
WELL...I got on the scale this morning, and I am at...ready?????
200.2!!!
SO CLOSE! but still far away...I even weighed twice just to make sure...and it was the same both times.
.3 of a pound OFF my goal, I will take that tho as I haven't lost anything for 2 weeks and was horrified!
Thanks for all the support, and now...I need to make a new goal for myself for the July 1st Canada Day Challenge

Hi GailMarie,
come on! You joined late and still lost what? 12 lbs? That is amazing! And you are 0.3 lbs away from onederland. I think that is close enough to celebrate a win here! It is just one glass of water or a carrot or something. I think you made it!
WTG!! See you at the next challenge I hope!
