WTG amandie! Very impressive. Do you have mini goals too? I am so close to two of them!
I actually dropped down to 201 :-) I guess it was too early in the morning and I updated my ticker only to 202. I thought I won't update it and use it as a head start for the next WI. Just in case I don't lose much ;-)

You're getting SOOOO close!!!!!
I used to have mini-goals listed on my sig- not sure what happened to it but I gotta add it again, grr. 1st mini goal was 5%, 2nd- 10% then 3rd- 199.0lbs/onederland but now, I'm not sure what to aim for. I've been thinking about splitting the "last" 30lbs (for 166lbs to be overweight) in 10lb increments until I get to 166 to keep motivation and etc, lol.
MissAngelle- congrats! that is so great!

My mini goals are:
1st - 226lbs (10lbs & class I obesity) REACHED
2nd - 220lbs REACHED
3rd - 213lbs (10%) REACHED
4th - 201 (halfway there - overweight class!)
5th - 199 (onederland!!!)
6th - 194 (lowest weight ever!)
7th - 187
8th - 176
goal - 165
stretch goal - 161 (normal BMI)
And a bunch of challenges. I need goals so I keep going :-) I might have to put in more mini goals at the end. They say it gets harder and slower the closer you get and I might need more steps in there. Especially after I reach no. 6 since I have never been lower.
PS: Oh and how I love my tickers!!! Every Sunday I am really excited when I update it!

Very good goals, Josey! I'm not sure what my final goal will be so I am just focusing on getting to overweight class for now.
I am in few challenges too- 190s club, this one, etc so that helps. The support here and ticker DEFINITELY helps too!!

199.6lbs today! Not at goal yet but getting really, really close! Yay!
I also reached my next mini goal: I am out of obesity!!! And I am at my "halfway there" mark.
Woohooo!

Well, since I'm still at 273, my goal of 269 by tomorrow is toast. But I stick by my original goal of 269 by Vic day.

Josey- that's great!!! soo happy for you!
Laura- You can do it! Sending you positive thoughts.
I'm up today- 197.4 (1lb) but my fault since I only exercised once and ate/drank a lot (late Easter get-together over the weekend.) I made jello poke cake (yellow cake with SF strawberry jello poured over it then frosted with mixture of cool whip and FF vanilla pudding) and it was SO good! Next week's weigh-in will hopefully be 194-196!

Hi Laura, hi amandie,
uh oh, cake :-) I still have some easter chocolate in the kitchen. Very tempting but I try to limit it as much as I can. A piece a day :-)

Yes! I tried giving away most of the desserts (chocolate cupcakes with cream cheese frosting and the said jello poke cake) but no, everyone wanted some of the ham, devilled eggs, potato salad, pasta salad, etc., lol. I am going over to a friend's today and bringing at least HALF of what I currently have here. Damn my "don't let this food go to waste" mentality. *grumbles*

let go of the "don't let this food go to WASTE" mentality, and hold on to the "don't let this food go to WAIST" mentality!
if you can't give it to someone you know, put it in a box, tape it up, write on the box: For the starving kids in Africa. Think about mailing it, then think of what it'll look like by the time it gets there. Throw it out without opening it up again. I know it sounds silly, but it helps to ease my conscience when "I throw out perfectly good food."

That sounds like a neat little trick! I like it.
I actually am really strict on stuff I don't like. Even when I spent an hour cooking it. If I don't like it, I throw it out! No compromises! I am not wasting any WW points on stuff that doesn't taste good. It isn't easy especially when it too lots of ingredients and time to make it but hey, it isn't worth it.
The only exception is when we are invited at somebody's place. Restaurant? I either send it back (quality?) or don't eat it.
