Just found this post...HELLO fellow Canadians!
I started IP on April 11/11 and weigh in every Monday morning. So far I am down 7 pounds exactly.
My May long weekend goal would to be in the "ONE-derful club so I have a big challenge ahead of me

Yes we do, but i have more weight to lose. I have a nasty chest cold and have resorted to cough syrup that is FULL of sugar, (tried sugar free, didn't suppress the cough)
hope it passes soon so I can get back on track
April 30 - 119.3 kg = 263.0 lbs - Goal reached April 30/11
So, I've actually lost almost 8 lbs since first posting this....and I will continue the challenge to see how far I can go. This forum has kept me focused and on track!!! So far, so good!!

I had an amazing moment this morning with a 6.4 pound weight loss myself...I know I shouldn't have weighed this morning, but I couldn't help myself. I was down the weight from Monday, and I feel pretty good about it! My goal on this Challenge was to be in One-derland by Victoria Day and I have 6.2 pounds to go. I didn't know if I would make my goal as last week I only lost 1 pound, so I am ecstatic about this loss.

Argh, I just missed my next goal (halfway there and out of obesity) by 0.2 lbs. Sigh.

Don't be discouraged...you will get there, have confidence! You are doing awesome...slow and steady wins the race!
