I made myself feel better by going grocery shopping and buying an *** load (literally) of veggies, vegetarian stuff, fish and other things I can make good food with. It made me better to see a house full of tools I can use.
You're right though. I need to think about myself. I just get so stressed with everything around me and worried that my bf won't like how I look when I get to see him. I guess it comes down to, with him, I can do the best I can do and if he doesn't like it then I'm sure if I've done my best someone else will.
