I lost 14 pounds in October, so about 3.5 pounds per week average.
My AIC, which is a measure of a person's blood sugar over the previous 3 months, went from 8.6 in July (which is considered high) to 5.3 in October, which is considered excellent.
My vitamin D is low at 15 when it should be 30, so doc has me on 50,000 vitamin d once a week for 4 weeks and then once a month after that. He said to take calcium supplements too, so I've been incorporating them into my calorie plan since last week.
I've lost a total of 95 pounds now.
