Sal - As soon as I do one of the workouts I will let you know.

So far today I've done my 20 minute ab workout and 2 miles on the treadmill. I've eaten 815 calories so far today. I still have the evening to go as well as I will be getting on the treadmill again before bed. I really want to see some real changes by Christmas.

Today has been a doozy. I got into a car accident on the freeway and had to get my car towed and pick up a rental all on the way to work. So, usually that kind of stress would throw me into an egg mcmuffin coma but not today. I ate reasonably even though my hair is standing on end and I am yelling at the interns. WW meeting at noon and I am officially 158.4 which seems impossibly small when compared to the 200+ girl I was only 7 months ago. The 140's are looking possible!

Matilda, your avatar ROCKS are you losin' weight or something
Jiggle,should I mail you some size 10 skinny jeans for Christmas? I'm pretty sure they'll fit by New Years!

daily check in: did my turbo jam and got some short walks..been up and out all day..calorie intake within range...taking this one day at a time..

I had a great day. Lots of fiber and protein. Ended the day under 1500 calories. Didn't do my evening workout yet but I will be getting it done when I get the baby to bed.
Brit - That is the best thing to do...one day at a time.
Sal - That would be great. Then I will take a pic in them when they decide to fit me!!! lol

I'm glad I decided to do this because it makes me push harder than I've been working. Looking forward to a good weigh in at the new year.

I did a 20 minute ab workout this morning, did my 2 mile workout during lunch and it was grueling. I'm at about 1130 calories for today so I won't eat again until dinner and it will be something light. My body is feeling tired today. I will persevere because I'm determined to stay focused.
Brit - I thought it would be good because it would be a cool way to start the new year.

Okay ladies...how much has your life changed since Thanksgiving last year?

calorie intake was <1450..about to go workout in another 30 min or so.

i had so much temptation for the day..my mom bought some debbie cakes,chips and sugary cereals(all the stuff i usually binge on!) but i WILL NOT give in..-chomps on veggies-

jiggle, ive decided to do what you do and weigh in on new years..not looking at the scale until then..how exciting.

Hello Ladies! Today was a good food day but a wimpy workout day. My cardio was incredibly low impact so i was very careful with my points. I am going out tomorrow night so i need to be really careful with my eating tomorrow, too.

Well last night was a disaster. I was craving potato chips and I ate them. Which took me over my calorie limit by about 300 calories. Then I went to bed. I'm so ready for this cycle to be over!! Oh well it's a new day and another chance to be healthy.

bad bad horrible day today..no workout either.it was going great eating wise until i got home and was starving then started to binge.im sure i ate an extra 3000+ cal today in sweets. i notice every time i let myself get too hungry i end up eating everything. my weight loss journey now is like i take 1 step forward to get knocked 3 steps back.. i really think i need to seek professional help about this binging problem i have.

Yesterday was a much better day eating wise but I only did my ab workout and I usually try to get in at least two miles on the treadmill. Today is going to be a better day as well. I am leaving NO room for failure. I have to be focused.
Brit - We are going to do this thang. I can't let myself skip meals or get to hungry or I will eat more thinking I have more calories and end up eating too much. Today is a new day to do better.

Hello Ladies, yestrday ended up being a high point/low bulk food day becasue I went out with coworkers and then out with family. I stayed within my points but it definitely was a bit of a drunkorexia day. Today I am focusing on filling and dense foods. Oatmeal with pumpkin and tea is my healthy breakfast this morning. I still want to hit 152 for New Years and I feel like I'll get there if I stick to my plan.

Brit: If you are really feeling like you are out of control when it comes to food I definitely think you should talk to someone. There is no avoiding food so you have to find a way to cope.

Jiggle: It sounds like you recovered well from Wednesday's chip snafu. Goodluck with the continued focus.

welp..today i overdosed on pizza and sweets.. its weird because last winter i was SO determined and was on track everyday including weekends..but now my mind is like eff it..im skinny now, i can eat how much i want! bad way of thinking but its the truth..lets see what tomorrow brings
