I'm with Matilda. There are people that are desperately trying to loose those same pounds and it is as though they were loosing 100 because they haven't been able to do it. To see that someone has succeeded will help them. It may seem small for you but for them it's huge. But if you decide not to do it that's cool too. But I hope you do pictures and goal stories.

As for me I have had a good week. I will continue to work hard to get to my goal because the holidays are coming up and lots of outings. I want to be able to wear something really sexy and look good in it...no lumpy, bumpy jiggles.

Hey do any of you wear shapewear? If so what and where do you get it from? I have some things from after I had the baby but it's too big and don't hold really well now. I don't want to spend a fortune either.

I got the Kymaro shaper online (only $19.99)and it works like a charm to smooth the belly bulge. I've also seen it in the As Seen On TV section of drug stores like Walgreens.

I second Matilda and Jiggle. Losing weight is losing weight....IDC how much it is it takes a lit of effort and commitment.

My weekend was haywire as far as food. I am doing all fruits and veggies and high fiber foods. No white carbs, diet soda, junk or meat for the next cpl weeks except football sunday!!!!!

good morning ladies!

it's nice to see some color on this website!

i've been counting calories since sept 27 and have only lost 7lbs. i've been working out a lil but no where near as much as i should, i just can't seem to find something that i'm excited about doing and stick with it.

i'm trying my best but it's moving way to slow for me.

thanks for reading, have a great day!

hi ladies.. as far as my report... i have not been on plan AT ALL.idk why i have been having the urge to eat everything but my self control has left the building completely this past week and my mom isnt making it better leaving candy, cookies and creme cakes on the table either.this cold weather is making me lazy but im still maintaining to get my workouts in. i do good one day, next day i binge.. everyone is telling me its a way of my body tellin me im happy with where i am(which i am) and to stop loosing weight but i feel like if i dnt make goal i will disappoint myself..i also feel like if i keep making this more of a frequent trend i will end up gaining which i REFUSE to let happen.

i have also been spending all of my time with my new...boo. all he eats is fast food( young male who lives by hisself..go figure lol) and we lounge around the house all day but i have been doin good about not eating the food he brings cuz id really feel like a fatty. on the positive side, he says once he finds a good gym, we are gonna go workout together which excites me.

but in the end..i miss being on plan cuz whats the point of looking healthy when you dont feel that way?!

Today was weigh-in at my WW meeting and I was down 6.2lbs which is 161.0. I am excited to only have 6lbs to my interim goal but at the same time I am starting to wonder why my body doesn't look like I thought it would at these lower weights. I still have a ton of backfat and saggy inner thigh jiggle. I hope it all smooths out in the next ten lbs.

JJana! 1-2lbs a week is what the professionals say you should shoot for so I think you are doing an amazing job! I look forward to hearing more about your journey.

Brit, good luck with getting back on plan. I also have to work really really hard to avoid my BF's food choices. Yesterday he ate pork ribs with mac n cheese and baked beans. I had to leave the house to avoid eating the food!

Matilda, yay! Congrats on getting back into the gym.

Cake, I hope the bootcamp went well. I am looking for a similar Saturday morning fitness camp here is San Diego.

Brit- baby thats what happens when you fall in love lol u get comfy but you can push through take walks when its not cold old just do something stay busy. I think its harder to keep weight off than to lose so you have to be on your game. You are still doing good!!

Cake- thanks girlie I need to hear that sometime!!

Sal- NICE WORK!!!!! About the extra fat, do you do any toning workouts? I would add them in if you arent also once you make goal continue to workout and build muscle. Most people think this journey ends once you make goal but it doesnt you have to keep working to get the body you want or to come close to what you want. I do a lot of toning and it works wonders I am love the results!!!

Ive been eating things I shouldnt eat. I shouldnt of even brought when I went grocery shopping. But i think ive had enough and Ill be back on plan. I did workout lastnight so I feel good about that. I have to work harder because 199 is what I want I NEED!!!!

sal - I second Matilda. Not sure what your workout plan is currently but toning makes a WORLD of difference. I am a solid 168 but i wear 8's and some 6's . so Yeah find you a nice toning program. if you don't go to the gym and just want to work at home I can send you a workout I have my students do or even 30 day shred.

I push myself for 40 minutes of workout machine cardio 5 days a week with a Zumba class on Wednesday. That's been burning through the lbs but not really establishing the body I want. Cake & Matilda, I'd appreciate any toning advice and/or plans that you have to offer. I'm a pants size 12 when so many at my height and weight are 10's and even 8's it's nuts. I'd love love love to be in a single digit pant! I've never worn a single digit pant (I feel like I went from kids clothes to a 14 no stops in between).
