OK did a lot of food juggling around today trying to get to 1600 calories. I had my wonderful menu all planned out then switched things up.

Breakfast (420)
boiled egg w/ margarine, 4 strips of bacon, Nutrigrain whole wheat waffle, skim, 1/2 grapefruit

Snack (230)
Activia vanilla light, 100 calorie snack pack, 6 baked lays

Lunch (389)
12 saltines, veg soup with V8, pastrami and grapes

Snack (280)
2 servings of cheddar pretzels, snack pack probiotic pudding

Dinner (288)
grilled lemon pepper fillet, steamer broccoli and cheddar, apple, 6 croutons, 2 serving diet cranberry

Total calories 1607

Water 76ozs
Exercise 3 miles track (it finally stopped raining)

Scale be nice to me in the a.m. please . I am still for what ever reason feeling a little hungry or maybe it's not hungry it's just that I want something to eat. Feeling a little bloated also. I guess I'll figure it out by next Sunday

OK got up this morning no surprise I am 175.6. I came downstairs late to chit chat with my darling daughter only to see her eating my worse temptation spinach & artichoke dip and chips from Chili's. I only ate the small pieces which I tally to be about 4 whole chips. I also ate 1/2 grapefruit and drank 2 bottles of water. Now when I first went upstairs I weighed 178 or 179, when I went back up there after my treat I was 181. I figured it was mostly water and it would be gone by this morning NOT. I woke up at 6 weighed, laid back down got up two hours later same numbers, ughhhhh.

Ok I'm back I did pretty well today considering I couldn't keep to my schedule. I didn't make my 1600 calories but I will tomorrow so I should be on point.

Today's eats 8/16/10

Breakfast (420)
Boiled egg with margarine, 4 strips bacon, Nutrigrain waffle, skim and 1/2 grapefruit

Snack (210)
100 cal Klondike bar, 20 cheddar pretzels

S/O pasta & spinach, 1c spinach, 1/2 grapefruit, ff jello

Total calories 1414

Water 128ozs
Exercise 3 miles track

Before I got in the shower I weighed 178. When I got out I weighed 177. Let's see what she says in the a.m.

Well this morning the scale showed another number, but it is one that I saw on 8/7. Let's see where it will go from here. 174.8 this morning

Today was a pretty good day. I got my box of Tastefully Simple items in and wanted to eat everything. I made the soup, the biscuits and the dip. I had a cup of soup not bad with all of my extras for a healthy meal. My daughter made the biscuits, I got 2 small biscuits my 1/4c before I could think about another the kids finished them . I made the fiesta dip and I talked myself out of eating it several times. Then while I was waiting for my Smart One to cook with my extra cup of broccoli I decided to have some dip with 4 chips. I don't know how many calories are in the chips because the internet says 400 per basket at Chili's. The dip was an extra 70 for 3 tbsps. I didn't eat 3 tbsps but I'll add it in anyway. again for my extras to not appear on the scale in the morning .

Today's eats 8/17/10

Breakfast (396)
Boy Scout boiled in a bag omelet (2 eggs, swiss, spinach) *my son made this for me, if was really good. Skim, V8 fusion, 1/2 grapefruit

Snack (210)
25 reduced fat Cheez-It, special K bar

Lunch (370)
1c Tastefully Simple perfectly potato cheddar soup w/cup of broccoli, 1/2 cup corn, 1tbsp bacon bits, 2ozs deli ham

Snack (260)
1/4c Tastefully Simple Parmesan cheddar biscuit mix (cooked) , 3/4c kashi

Dinner (352)
S/O pasta & spinach, 1c spinach, 1/2 grapefruit, diet cranberry

Total calories 1598 plus 70 ((1668))
Water 64ozs plus 32ozs decaf green tea
Exercise 3 miles track <--- doing as soon as I sign off

I did and boy do I feel good. I finished 2 minutes earlier than normal.
I hope I'm not jinking myself but last night I got on the scale after my shower I was 177.0 and this morning I got up to 174.8. Tonight I got out of the shower and the scale was 175.6. I can not wait to get up and weigh

Diana, we don't have much of anything here LOL. We moved from an area with everything you could think of. There is one mall that has a walking program but I'd have to get up super early to get there it's about 35-40 minutes away no traffic. We aren't far from I-95 but with the traffic on our one main road it can take 25 minutes to get there so I just hit the track. I hope to have a treadmill as DH promised soon after school starts because I won't be able to use the track then due to sporting activities and then our kids activities. I'll have to figure out something.

I'm having one of those days where nothing is satisfying me. Nothing today taste good so I really don't want to eat but I have eaten anyway. I know better. I have already had 944 calories so I'm working on it. I popped in Jillian's 30 day shred that I purchased today and I must say level one is no joke.
I found out ...
~I can only do 10 jumping jacks before I feel like my heart is coming out of my chest.
~I can't do push up's at all (I did try to do 3 before I gave up)
~I can't jump rope because I can't jump up and down with my feet together.
~I have a problem with the constant up and down.

My goodness, I thought I was doing good and getting in shape. She definitely proved me wrong. I will definitely try again every day until I can complete ALL of Level 1. I am gonna go back to that that I used the first two weeks with 3FC. I also finally got my 3 miles in before the rain came again. YAY!!

Diana I was determined, I had to trick the kids. They thought we were just dropping their sister off at work But they were fine once we got there. I have great kids. I'll have to try the mild. I didn't get the L/C orange chicken today but I will tomorrow, along with that Artic ice cream. Going North where the good stores are .

Well I wasn't hungry before I went to Bible Study but of course it's 10 something and I am hungry Laughing ... Go figure.

I had a great day. Didn't get what I wanted at the stores but I did get 4 new Healthy Choice meals, two new snacks, and some great broccoli and chicken that I don't know what the calories for it are so I'm gonna double what it would be normally and keep my . I did almost all of Level 1 30DS I just couldn't do the sit-ups and the last exercise at the end. But there is always tomorrow. I got my walk in too. Yay!!

kcx, gotta look up yogurt margarine, I've never heard of it. Maybe it will help me to like grilled cheese. I fix them for the kids but I'm not fond of them. Glad yours was tasty

Diana your lunch makes me want to go to the deli, but again gotta go north I always use 60 for my apple and I always slice it off the core. It would be nice to know it's 20cals less

I'm super tired this evening not sure why. I did both my exercises almost back to back that could be it. I had been doing 30DS earlier in the afternoon. We are finishing our walk 3 minutes earlier than we use to. I told DH that we need to step it up to 3.5 to 4 miles on a regular basis. I made chili yesterday (only 285 calories) that is really good. I had planned to have it again for dinner today but things didn't go as planned. I also made a pan of cornbread, had planned to have an ounce of that too. So tomorrow for lunch or dinner I will have my 455 calorie meal . Sorry for all the jumping around, night night

Oh I am down .8 a new low of 173.2. I got on the scale a few times hoping to see 172 but it hid itself well.

Got up early this morning for church. The scale said 173.6 same weight as Thursday the 19th. I'm up .4. I am so convinced that my scale will not go to a new number until it says one number twice. I didn't eat breakfast before church and since I had a slim fast for dinner last night I didn't want to have one for breakfast. I started spotting yesterday so TTOM is coming. This will be the second one for August. I knew it would work this way since I came on on 7/31 yay me, NOT. BBL to post today's eats

Ok I am back from my dead zone! All my furniture is moved just doing some tweeking now! I officially weighed myself today at 202.4 which is up one from about 2 weeks ago (which isnt bad) it could be worse I couldve gained it all back! I did stray from my diet quite a bit in the last 2 weeks but my calorie counting returns today! I realized I will not lose weight if I do not stay on top of what Im eating! Ill be back later with my meals and exercise!

Yay Jen Glad to see you back . Well my update I started a new eating plan and upped my calories by 1600. I decided to do it every other day and it seems to be working. I bought Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. It's only a 20 minute workout but it is hard. A lot of back and forth which is what is hard for me. I have learned that I can't do sit-ups the 3 that I managed to do. Kenneth said I did wrong, but I am still trying. I can now do more jumping jacks and air rope jumping than when I started. I was spotting, that has stopped TTOM is here for the second time this month which I knew would happen. I weighed in this morning at 173.8 so I'm happy. I am still hoping to make my Labor Day goal of 170.

Yesterday's eats 8/22/10

Breakfast (340) around 10:30ish
Perfectly potato soup w/ a cup of broccoli, and skim milk

Lunch (288) around 1:30ish
2 thin slices pastrami, BK salad w/ extra salad greens, 12 garlic & butter croutons, 2 svg ff 1000 island, took out the cherry tomatoes and the baby carrots

Snack (163) cub scout outing
1 tortilla scoop chip, 2 original triscuits w/a little hummus on each, and 3 Lance peanut butter crackers

Dinner (230)
Healthy Choice Spinach ravioli

Total calories 1021 (I may have an apple or a cup of grapes) so plus 60
Water 68ozs so far. I just started another 32oz cup
Exercise 3 miles track
