today I weighed 165.6 only .6 from my low ... so excited

Weighed in at 166.8 this morning not good ... I am hoping this will kick start my weight and get me away from 164-167 ...

MILITARY 3 DAY DIEt

DAY 1:
Breakfast
1/2 Grapefruit
1 Slice of Toast
2 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter
1 cup Coffee or Tea (with caffeine)
Lunch
1/2 Cup of Tuna
1 Slice of Toast
1 cup Coffee or Tea (with caffeine)

Dinner
3 ounces of any type of meat
1 cup of green beans
1/2 banana
1 small apple
1 cup of vanilla ice cream

DAY 2
Breakfast
1 egg
1 slice of toast
1/2 banana

Lunch
1 cup of cottage cheese
1 hard boiled egg
5 saltine crackers

Dinner
2 hot dogs (without bun)
1 cup of broccoli
1/2 cup of carrots
1/2 banana
1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream

How on earth do you blow your own birthday present? Tell me that isn't just plain stupid I am so disappointed in myself. I think I am actually losing control of the late afternoon/evenings, smh.
I wanted to be 160 on my birthday, instead I weighed 162.4 ... I was mad because on the 12th I weighed 161.2

today I reached a new low of 161.6 it took me from 3/30 till 4/29 to lose 1lb ... how crazy is that?

EDIT: Nope I had it wrong this is not a new low I've been lower this month ... oh well I still like the 161 better than the 162

Default Stats for the last 16 months

I just checked my stats from January 1, 2013 till now ...

In 2013 I loss 19.4lbs

So far this year I have loss 18.2lbs ... this is very encouraging. If I can lose 2lbs a month for the next 8 months I will weigh 144.8lbs by December 31st ... now tell me that's not exciting

Horrible weight week so far. Weight is up to 168. I am up almost 10lbs. I know it's water but it still sucks

Actual weight: 163.0 No sad face, it's ok this week. I am on a new GET IT RIGHT journey, next week WILL be better

04/27/2014 target: 158
Actual weight: 164.6 I didn't get it right I did worse

05/04/2014 target: 157
Actual weight: 161.8 not where I want to be but down 2.8 from last weeks water gain

05/11/2014 target: 156
Challenge Ending Weight: 161.4

blew this challenge for sure loss 1.8lbs

I have a plan today and so far it is working but the day isn't over. I have had probably four really really high calorie days, two I know for sure but the other two I didn't keep track so to me that says a lot. I have been trying to do the 5:2 up/down day meal plan and so far I have failed miserably. I started out the month weighing 159.8. I even got to see my all time low of 159.4 on May 8th, 9th and 10th. As of today I have twice weighed in at almost 10lbs higher ... 5/13 ~ 168.0 and today 5/19 ~ 167.8. ok end of confession ...
