well I only loss .4 for the month. I guess I can count that as a victory since I didn't do too much damage over the holiday. I found that I can't eat as much as I use to and with what I ate for two nights I woke up with a stomach ache. So it's not worth it to need to go to the bathroom and can't. Better luck in December

I had an awesome time at church last night. My husband and I got to renew our vows, with every couple at church. This always makes me smile My daughter and her husband brought in the NEW YEAR with us renewing their vows also. Then the we went to Waffle House for breakfast. My weight was up today to 179.0. So starting off the year with a gain but still in the 170's just barely I have today to eat the last of my junk. Tomorrow I'm cutting out breads, snacks, white potatoes, rice, pasta. Giving up those things for a month, may the blessings of Lord be with me.

I kept away from all of the stuff I said and lost a total of 10.2lbs in January. I hope that I have similar results for February. I am liking the way I look and and hoping to continue this downward trend I'm gonna continue to not eat all of the things that aren't good for me by following a modified 4-Hour Body diet. It's easy to follow and I like it. Will have my first cheat day on 2/8
