Happy New Year to everyone for tomorrow. New years resolutions usually get broken so i am making a life resolution.
Drink a glass of water upon rising and again before bed.
Head to the gym at least twice a week and the days I dont use the home home gym instead
Go on a date lol.
I've had a cold for the past 2 weeks, driving me crazy. Then again, it's been freezing here so everyone has been sick. My weight loss has been slow this week - 0.3kg but considering that there was xmas, drinking, and no exercise in that week I guess I'll take it!
I have to get back at that - I still have a bunch to lose and I plan to hit my goal weight this year so I need to get back exercising. I do have a gym membership so no excuse on the weather, but maybe I need to get a treadmill here so there's REALLY no excuse hah.
