Good Morning Ladies!!
I'm feeling good today. I have thoroughly enjoyed this weekend. My birthday celebrations were so much fun. I went over calories on Friday because of the drinking but danced them off. So I count that as a victory. I had waaaaay too much alcohol Friday and didn't have any on yesterday at my "official" birthday party. I stayed in my calorie range yesterday as well. I didn't workout at all but I went to the spa and had a full body massage...my gift to myself. So today I will be getting on the treadmill and doing some yoga before bed. I plan on getting two miles in everyday, 1 mile run and a 1 mile interval of walking and running. Looking forward to a good week of working out and eating on plan. I really want to be in a size 14 from almost any store by Labor Day.
back to those that are getting back on track.
to the new people. Jump in and post often, it helps a lot when you are just getting started to see that others are in the game with you and overcoming some of the same struggles that come up.
Matilda - We are going to get the results we are looking for this week. I'm so excited watching you because you have been hanging on no matter if you have good days or bad ones. I know you are going to get to the 220s by Friday. I'll be watching you so I can stay motivated.
Beaka - I didn't have any cake this weekend. I don't eat cake...one less struggle to deal with but I did have an ice dream cone from Chick Fil A. You and
Cake were the reason I decided to give running a try so I get extra motivated when I see what you guys are doing.
Cake - I won't be starting or joining a running club but I will be trying to run a mile and a half on the treadmill by the end of the month. After this week I will start increasing my distance a 1/4 mile each week until I get to there.
Lets have a great on plan day today. If we do what we have to do on a daily basis we will get to where we want to be. Just work on it one day at a time.
Here's to a great week. I'll be checking in EVERYDAY to maintain my accountability. This week is
NO EXCUSES WEEK!!! No excuses just lots of execution of your plan.
