I am new to the site, but not to the weight loss struggle. I'm glad that I'm not the only one. Everyone around me seems to be achieving their goals but me...I need help from a different view point other than my own to see what I may be doing wrong and fix it. Thanks for the support!
Good luck to everyone on their goals! Mine happens to currently be towards weight loss...1.5 pounds or more per week lost is my mini goal. What are yours?
