Hey Everyone! I'm happily starting a new workout for the month of December to switch things up with my exercising. The past 10 days I have been at a standstill with my weight, so I thought it'd be a good thing. Instead of doing WATP (Walk away the pounds) w/ a Jillian Michael's DVD; i started the BL Workouts today. I figured I'd alternate days. I did Cardiomax today and 30-Day Jumpstart ..so I'm pretty excited..Hopefully this changes my stand-still and I will start going back downward. As of this morning I was 168.6--I want to see 167 before Tuesday if not sooner. Well enuff about me... I hope all ya'll wonderful shorties are doing good!
