I swear this sounds a bit corny, but it's actually motivating me. I was never much of a Rocky fan, but there wasn't anything on tv one night and i figured it could keep me from snacking. So i watched the marathon of Rocky-Rocky Balboa and i didn't realize just how inspirational it really is. It's a total underdog story and the character has so much heart. The next day, i felt rejuvinated and truly inspired to keep track of my fitness. The scenes where he's working out to get back in shape were especially great. I originally thought this movie was for a male oriented audience, but it's really for anyone who feels close to quitting when their goals seem damn near impossible to reach. My favorite were the movies where everyone considered Rocky to be too old or out of shape to get back in the ring. And sure enough he held his own or defeated the nay sayers every time.He never stopped and was virtually pummeled. It wasn't just about his physical competence but his mental and emotional fitness to withstand it..
Just a suggestion to those who feel their close to giving up because they're goals seems so far away..
