Okay so we've been back into that 70's club for a couple of months. Many checked in but checked out just as quickly. I think there are less than 4 of us left. I'm guilty of not posting - due to one illness after another.
I still weigh the same as I did 2 months ago. Which is crazy 'cause I gave up soda - and it has not made a literal ounce of difference in my weight. I drink water more now than I ever have - has not made a difference.
OH WELL - some skinny friends invited me to go on a 3 mile walk to the park while our kids ride bikes...so I will be burning calories today - or at least trying.
Whoa! I am still here! Still stuck in the 180s but very, very close to the 170s... FINALLY! Hoping to hit that by the end of this week!
2B - I am trying to give up or at least limit my soda, starting today. I have noticed though that it's easy for me to replace it with something else (coffee with cream and sugar!) so that is kind of negating the positive of giving up soda. Live a learn, I guess!
GOAL!! 80+ lbs less of me and 13.1 miles later... I'm still running!
I was out for a while due to personal reasons but I'm back and more motivated than I ever have, this time its more for physical reasons than for what might make me happy. I think we all get caught up in that for some reason. Anyways Im ready to lose.
