Hi guys well im in one heck of a plateau.(since november last year lol). So i thought i would start up a group..
There are many of us stuck at a certain weight so lets get together and work this thing out.. ..
so far im trying to perplan my food for the day at 40% carb 30 % fat and 30 % prot.
and im mangaing to stick to it np..
IM working out more and using my hrm to figure out what is the better workout for me.. suprisingly i put more into the wii fit ( average heart rate of 161)becuase i enjoy it then i do the ellipitcal ( average heart rate of 143)that i find a bit hooo hummm.. lol .
So my plan for the week is to continue with my preplanned food
drink loads of water
get enough sleep
take my mutlivitamin everyday
and get in at least 30 minutes of exercise everyday
so who is with me?
