Snack:
coffee 1 pt. (finished this at 4:30)

Lunch:

rice cakes 3 pt. (woofed these down on the way to a meeting)

Supper:
chicken in alfredo sauce 8.5 pt.
tea 0 pt.

Total Points: 16 points

I too have missed a couple days in my journal book, and a lot of days on here - but I am back!

DINNER 5/31:
1 chicken breast
1 small potato w/butter

BREAKFAST 6/01:
2 eggs/scrambled w/1 slice velveeta cheese
1 strip bacon
1 english muffin w/1 tbsp jam
2 coffees/black

LUNCH 6/01:
1 orange (2 pts)
