Ok: I am realizing that diet and light exercise alone will not get me to my next mini-goal, and it is time to ramp it up. I have been using wii fit.
I don't particularly like exercise, especially cardio tho.
The only exercise I actually like is Cross-country skiing.
I have been using my Nordic-track with the wii fit running program. Have been out on the skiis a few time, going again tonight.
Anyone out there interested in a little support for your cross-country outings?
I am hoping to get inspired to get out and ski a bit more.
