Why is plurk down?

Coworker and I are going to the running shop Saturday morning - all this talk of new shoes! She brought it up, too, so there must be some cosmic alignment going on encouraging people who need running shoes to go get running shoes.

Then I get to try running again! I may eff up my knee again but it's worth a try, right?

Buy a knee brace. I wear mine when I'm doing treadmill. Better to be cautious. Yay! for getting new shoes . There was so much difference between my regular cross trainers (no support) vs running shoes.

Nutribiotic is a very high quality, reputable brand FYI. Jillian also recommends white willow bark and caffeine (80 mg) 1 hour before a workout for optimal, peak results. I've never tried it, but you athletes among us might want to.

Chelle--that day would have me ripping out my hair, hope the window situation is fixed easily and you aren't out of work today

WYB-Eeeeeeek. Power to you, woman.

Anj-I was interested in what you had to say and all the details of the sensewear, thanks! You are so cute. Love the pic.

Anna-4.375/15 yr? Seriously? Where, how...? I want that. Going to do the math on payments.

Jaime-try, but start slow. Do one mile and walk the rest. No need to screw it all up in one day. Good advice on the weight loss.

Jen-good luck! See ya in the AM's.

Jo-sorry about the back, can you ice?

I am half-a**ed-this is why I get half-a**ed results. 8 days of Jan and only 4 days of exercise thus far. Weight, same. Exercise, none. Food, within calories and good choices. Sleep, sucks. Intestines, suck.

I am making 'the quiche' packed with veggies for dinner along with spinach salad and I have the night to myself so if I am not ralphing on the big phone anymore today I should exercise tonight. So far, so good.

Yes, but I am still too poor to get one.

Heather: Pringles were only for this occasion. I **never** buy them.

OTT (which in tessaspeak means over the top, but for here, it's on the tee): CUTE pic of your little protester!

gonna be a 1135 cal day, which is good. Only a B+ on the nutrition scale. Not horrible, but not my average. Broccoli soup is killing me.

Gave up on free hooch. The call of chickpea cutlets was greater. Having a spinach salad with oodles of toppings and the chickpea cutlets.
Run will probably be a fail tonight. I have a work project that has to be done by tomorrow. I'm going to see where I am on it around 8 and may try to go for 30-35 minutes at the gym, we'll see. Calories are low today so if not I won't cry.
